5 tips to avoid any blips this selling season

We have some good news for you: Things seem to be looking up when it comes to residential construction here in the state of Califonia. After nearly two years of consistent decline, residential construction starts to turn positive in the second half of 2021, with both single-family and multi-family housing starts looking up. The year ahead may be strong, even if we keep the same pace as the second half of 2021.

We wanted to share some of what we’re preparing for in the year ahead, working alongside our clients advancing development projects across our state.
