Ivan graduated from Fresno State with a degree in Mathematics, where he was involved in the Chess Club and participated in DataFest for two years. Those experiences helped strengthen his problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills. As a Budget Assistant at California Builder Services, he uses his math background and attention to detail to track project costs and help prepare accurate, organized HOA budgets. He enjoys working through complex information, finding patterns, and helping make sure each budget is supported by reliable data.
